Staff networks for underrepresented groups

The university wishes to give staff from underrepresented groups and interested parties a platform to exchange experiences, identify bottlenecks and think about solutions on equal opportunities topics. The intended effect of the networks is a diversity policy that is widely supported and responds to the current needs of the staff. The networks are primarily intended for UGent employees from the target group, but sympathetic or interested employees can also join. Students and external parties are welcome by invitation.
